MC College has created the Atlantic Canada Scholarship to support students living in Atlantic Canadian Provinces hoping to move to Alberta or BC and start their journey in Hairstyling or Esthetics.
This scholarship is designed to offset some of the costs needed to move from province to province by providing a tuition credit. Students living in Atlantic Canada (New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, or Prince Edward Island) are eligible to receive a $1000 Tuition Scholarship. This Scholarship may be used for the Hairstyling or Esthetics Diploma program at the MC College Red Deer campus in Alberta or the MC College Kelowna campus in British Columbia.
Objectives
- To assist students living in Atlantic Canada in their endeavor to move to Alberta or BC and enter a career in the Salon or Spa industry.
Eligibility Criteria
Nominees must:
- Currently live in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, or Prince Edward Island.
- Apply and be accepted for a Full time Diploma program at the MC College Red Deer or Kelowna campus.
Terms
- Cannot be combined with other MC College Scholarships
- The $1000 Tuition Scholarship can only be used towards the Full Time Hairstyling or Full Time Esthetics program.
- No cash value, tuition credit only
