Kerrie Jobs, Hair Design Instructor
Kerrie has been a part of the MC College team since 2009 and has over 17 years of experience in the Beauty Industry. She is currently a salon owner and has extensive managerial experience. Kerrie has recently participated in a 3-day Hairstylist course in Halifax, Nova Scotia and she has also attended the North American Hairstyling Awards in Las Vegas. Kerrie has taken numerous cut and color classes, including Joico and Goldwell. She has her WHMIS certification and is currently enrolled in the NACC Instructor Development Program.

Janice White, Hair Design Instructor
Janice has been a part of the MC College team since August 2010 and brings over
18 years of experience in the Beauty Industry to her position. She was a hairstylist for over 10 years in Saskatchewan, and in 2005 started working as a sales representative for a beauty supply company in southern Saskatchewan. In 2007, Janice began managing the ESP Salon Sales store in Edmonton and then later in Winnipeg. She has attended numerous product knowledge classes, including Chi, Lanza, Scruples, Grund, LCN, OPI, etc. Janice has also participated in a number of technical training classes. These include hair extensions, color lines (Voila, Schwartzkopf, Artego, etc) and advanced cutting skills. Janice is currently enrolled in Level 1 of the NACC Instructor Development Program.

Lindsay Steinke, Hair Design Instructor
Lindsay has over 19 years of experience in the Beauty Industry and has been a part of the MC College team since July 2010. She is a graduate of the MC College Hair Design Program. Lindsay has her Red Seal Certificate and is specialized in men's sculpture. She has trained with Rusk platform artist Sukyoung Oh and has her masters in ISO color. Lindsay has been a Salon Educator for Graham Webb International and is currently enrolled in the NACC Instructor Development Program. She has taken numerous cut and color classes, as well as many product knowledge seminars. These include CHI, ISO, Rusk, Wella, RedKen, Schwartzkopf and Matrix.

Cecile Doris, Director
Cecile has been a member of the MC College team for over 25 years and she has over 30 years of experience in the Beauty Industry. Cecile has held the positions of Hair Design Instructor and Education Coordinator and has been the Director of the Red Deer campus since 2005. Prior to her positions with MC College, Cecile was the owner of Styles Unlimited. She has taken many cutting and color classes and has attended numerous ABA shows. Cecile has completed Levels 1 to 4 of the Instructor Certification Program with Marcy Hett and the "Train the Trainer" Program at Red Deer College. She has furthered her education by taking computer skills courses through Red Deer College, as well as Leadership and Supervisory Skills for Women. Cecile is passionate about her community and has the MC College Red Deer campus actively involved in charitable events in and around Red Deer.

Kim Haspect, Administrator
Kim has been a part of the MC College team since 2008 and she has over 6 years of experience in the Beauty Industry. She is a former MC College graduate and is a licensed Hairstylist with her Red Seal Certification. Kim has a widespread background in product knowledge, including Artego, AG, RedKen and Schwartzkopf. She has also participated in an Advanced Color Class and Scalp Massage Class with Schwartzkopf. Prior to her role as Administrator, Kim held the position of Salon/Spa Coordinator. She has an extensive understanding of customer service and retailing skills.

Nikki Desjarlais, Admissions Advisor
Nikki has been a part of the Beauty Industry for 4 years and is a former MC College graduate. She has been a part of the MC College team since the spring of 2011 in her role as Admissions Advisor. Prior to MC College, Nikki worked with companies like Paul Mitchell and Eufora International, educating licensed hairstylists on retail products and trend sculptures for men and women. She has an extensive product knowledge and retail training background and is eager to help future stylists and estheticians enter the industry.
