Christine Lennon, Hair Design Instructor
Christine has been a part of the MC College team for the last 4 years and has over 35 years of experience in the Beauty Industry. She has attended numerous color and cutting classes sponsored by Goldwell, Joico and Matrix to help her stay current in the industry and has attended the North American Hairstyling Awards in Las Vegas. Christine continuously conducts salon business seminars to educate students on the daily operations of a salon and the customer service skills necessary for building a successful career in the salon industry.

Crystal Shearer, Hair Design Instructor
Crystal has been a part of the MC College team for over 4 years and brings with her 19 years experience in the Beauty Industry. She is a Hair Design Instructor and has also worked as the school Salon/Spa Coordinator. Crystal has participated in numerous color classes, including Goldwell Trilogy, Wella and Artego. She has also participated in an Advanced Color and Foil Technique class. Crystal has taken KMS and Artego Product Knowledge and is currently working on her NACC Instructor Development Program - Levels 1 and 2.

Lee-Anne Foden, Hair Design Instructor
Lee-Anne is a former MC College Hair Design graduate and has been a part of the Beauty Industry for over 10 years. Although new to the MC College team, she is not new to the idea of expanding her product and technical knowledge. She has taken numerous color and cutting classes, including Goldwell, Schwartzkoph, Voila, Joico and Wayne Grund. Lee-Anne also had the opportunity to participate in a color class for the Intercosmo/Voila line which helped her to understand color from a development level.

Erin Grimble, Esthetics Education Coordinator
Erin has been in the Esthetics industry for over 16 years.  She has 10 years experience as an Esthetics instructor and is well versed in teaching Advanced Esthetics, Medical Esthetics, Human Anatomy and Physiology.  Erin has also taught courses in Laser and Light Therapies, Microdermabrasion, pre and post reconstructive surgery skin care, cosmetic rejuvenation and cellulite therapy.  Erin’s passion is sharing her knowledge and experience with students interested in the Esthetics field.  In her role as Esthetics Education Coordinator for MC College Group, Erin is responsible for working with Instructors at all campus locations to ensure the effective delivery of the Esthetics curriculum.

Tracey Cameron, Esthetics Instructor
Tracey has been part of the MC College team as an Esthetics Instructor since August of 2010 and has more than 5 years of experience in the Beauty Industry. She first graduated from the Biosculpture Manicure and Gel Nail System Programs in 2005 and went on to graduate with honors from the Trend College Kelowna Esthetics Business Professional course in 2006. She is a fully certified Esthetician, specializing in microdermabrasion, LED light therapy and glycolic peels. She has attended numerous advanced skincare workshops. In January of 2007, Tracey opened Prrr Skin Spa as the sole owner/operator specializing in advanced skincare. She is also trained in Thuya lash perming and hot stone massage therapies. Tracey is currently enrolled in Level 1 of the NACC Instructor Development Program.

Kimberly Chernencoff, Salon & Spa Coordinator
Kimberly has over 20 years experience in retail sales, customer service and management.  She has a background in Esthetics and is well versed in many beauty and cosmetic lines.  In her role as Salon and Spa Coordinator, Kimberly is responsible for the effective booking of clients to maximize the practical training of MC students.  She is able to use her strong customer service background to help students expand their own customer service skills.

Janette Service, Director
Janette has been a member of the MC College Team since August of 2004 and has been in her position as Director since 2010. She has also held the position of Assis- tant Director, Admissions Advisor, Administrator and Evening Make-up Instructor. Janette graduated from the Make-Up Artistry Program at Blanche MacDonald Vancouver in 1999. She has extensive experience as a Make-Up artist, having participated in numerous fashion shows, photo shoots and weddings. Janette is also an MC College graduate – completing her Hair Design Program in March of 2004. She has extensive Artego, SST and Bernard Cassiere product knowledge and is continuously taking leadership and management development classes. These include Women in Leadership, Effective Communication Skills, How to Excel at Managing People, Anti-Harassment in the Workplace and Effective Stress Management. Janette is also an active member of her community and participates in numerous volunteer events with the Kelowna campus.

Kristen Clarke, Administrator
Kristen has been a part of the MC College team since 2010 in her role as Adminis- trator. She has an Associate of Science degree from Douglas College and has also attended the Student Aid BC Default Rate Seminar. As a dancer, Kristen has toured with many artists and been a part of numerous music videos. Kristen is involved with current trends in make-up and hair and has taken product knowledge classes for Bernard Cassiere and KMS. She also has her WHMIS and St. John’s Ambulance First Aid course.

Krissy Matyus, Admissions Advisor
Krissy has been part of the MC College team since 2010. She is a recent graduate of the MC College Esthetics Program and was the recipient of the Frank Cairo award for Integrity, Commitment and Respect. Krissy brings over 7 years of customer service experience to her position. She has attended classes for Bernard Cassiere Product Knowledge, Client Building Techniques and is well versed in the client booking procedures of MC College to give students the best practical experience possible.
